Shipping Agreement
When you order hatching eggs, you agree to the following shipping terms & conditions. There are no exceptions. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, and do hereby accept all terms and conditions contained in this Shipping Agreement.

Broken/Lost eggs:
All eggs are shipped FOB shipping point. All eggs are packed securely in foam. That said, if the post office loses or damages your package, all packages are insured for purchase cost. YOU are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping service (e.g. USPS) to obtain a refund. We suggest taking many photos of any damage for a claim. Once eggs are out of my hands, we are no longer responsible.

Unhatched Eggs:
We are NOT responsible for hatch rate. The post office can be hard on eggs and air cells are extremely fragile. We do our best to pack them securely but if not delivered/handled with care (or if by some means delivered late) it greatly effects hatch rate and is totally out of our control. We test hatch regularly from our pens with over 90% hatch rate. We also have higher ratios of roosters to ensure fertility.

Extra Eggs:
We add extra eggs when available if not available in the breed you order we also may add some select other breeds but you will 100% get the purchased amount of the breed you purchase.

Incubator warning:
Please don't use the NURTURE RIGHT 360! I TESTED THIS DEVICE FOR THE COMPANY PERSONALLY AND IT FAILED MISERABLY. ALSO USING A STYROFOAM INCUBATOR IS VERY RISKY. THESE DEVICES ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO HATCH MARANS EGGS. THEY DON'T MAINTAIN AND HOLD ACCURATE TEMPS AND HUMIDITY. MARANS NEED VERY STABLE TEMPS AND HR. MARANS HAVE THICKER MEMBRANES AND SHELLS, THIS MAKES THEM CONSIDERABLY HARDER TO HATCH. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD REPORT FROM CUSTOMERS HATCHING WITH THE NURTURE RIGHT 360!!!!
